Tethered
by Keith Sikora
He worships at the temple
Of her touch
Feels it sweep like dragonfire
Through his bloodstream
A blinding light show.She feeds
On the ethereal desire
Within his caress
Swallowing his iridescence
Like a black hole hungers for light. He breaths in her solar wind
As fingertip particles
Trace across his nightsky
Sketching inherent constellations
Upon his skin. She flares with radiance
Shimmers
Like a silver lining
Exposed by lightning strike
Flashed within the warmth of his smile. She feels feral
Spellbound under the meteor shower
Of need in his kisses
Shivers with the whispered verse
Written on her heaven through his poet's tongue. He is enhanced within her embrace
Surrenders his orbit
To become the moon
Tethered
To her sun.© Sikora, 2010
